Petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petition challenging Circular No.162-2005-BC-HRD, dated 27.08.2005 issued by the 1st Respondent herein.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent that, all the Petitioners have been regularized in service.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, though the Petitioners have been regularized in service, terminal benefits have not been granted to them. 4.

This Court cannot go into the question as to whether terminal benefits have been granted to the Petitioners in this Writ Petition, as challenge is made only to the 1st Respondent's Circular dated 27.08.2005.

Hence, recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side that, the Petitioners have been regularized in service, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the Petitioners to adjudicate their grievance in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
