It was pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants that there are typographic mistakes in the paragraph Nos.1, 2 & 4 of the order dated 26.08.2022, which has to be corrected. 3.Accordingly, in paragraph Nos.1, 2 & 4 of the said order, in the place where it is stated as ''second respondent'', it shall be read as ''second applicant''.

4. In all other aspects the order dated 26.08.2022 shall remain intact.

13.09.2022 dn Note:Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
