JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2778 of 2022 IN CRL OP.12655/2021 A.MATHEENA [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION, PERAMBALUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.05/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to comply with the conditional orer dated 29.09.2021 passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P No. 8399/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12655/2021 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply with the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.8399 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12655 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021.

2. This Court on 29.09.2021, while modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the District Collector, Perambalur.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states due to COVID situation he could not able to comply with the condition within a time stipulate by this Court.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for depositing a sum of Rs.75,000/- [Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only] time is extended till 14.03.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the anticipatory bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court.
