Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 19.02.2001 issued in Ref.No.Tho.Mu.155/2000/E4 and the order of the 2nd Respondent dated ../10/2004 issued in the Ref.No.Pen I/I/S.168-868/RVN/04-05/ADK/185 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to sanction and pay pension to the petitioner based on G.O.Ms.No.756, Revenue Department dated 17.08.93 w.e.f. 12.01.96.

ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 19.02.2001 issued in Ref.No.Tho.Mu.155/2000/E4 and the order of the 2nd Respondent dated ../10/2004 issued in Ref.No.Pen I/I/S.168-868/RVN/0405/ADK/185 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to sanction and pay pension to the petitioner based on G.O.Ms.No.756, Revenue Department dated 17.08.93 w.e.f. 12.01.96.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, despite the best efforts taken by him, he could not contact the petitioner and there is no instructions from the petitioner for a long time.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution or for non prosecution, however with a liberty to the petitioner to revive this writ petition at a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

later point of time, if the petitioner desires to do so on plausible grounds. No costs.
