The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled and a petition was filed for recording settlement.

2.The Memorandum of Settlement was entered into between the parties on 02.06.2011, and the said copies filed before this Court. In view of the fact that the disputes between the parties were resolved and the settlement was signed by the respective https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties, the same is recorded and consequently, no further adjudication is required.
