ORDER

The petitioner in this case challenges the interim order dated 02.12.2020 passed by the second respondent.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, and made a statement on instructions that on 18.12.2020, final order itself has been passed and this has been passed in favour of the petitioner, and the very final order is challenged by the fourth respondent herein in W.P.No.1880 of 2021. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this case and accordingly, this petition is closed. If the petitioner is interested, he may participate in W.P.No.1880 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
