This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19489 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25546 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
