Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.MP.No.711 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25258 of 2021, dated 28.01.2022, for depositing the amount.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners have not obtained the value of 6818 bags, the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount equal to 6818 bags within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.
Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
