The writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents herein to initiate appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.03.2018 and 28.03.2018.

2. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is between the petitioner and his brother in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the enjoyment of certain properties.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.149 of 2018 and the same has been closed on 02.04.2018, advising the parties to work out their remedies before the Civil Court.
