ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking production of the detenue allegedly under the custody of the second respondent. 2.From the letter produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor dated 10.11.2019, it appears that the detenue was produced before the Judicial Magistrate I, Dharmapuri on 04.07.2018. Now, the detenue has become major. It is further submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that she has married the second respondent. In fact, the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint on 10.11.2019.
