ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13498 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 and subsequently, modified in Crl.O.P.No.21929 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13498 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 and subsequently, modified in Crl.O.P.No.21929 of 2024 on 10.09.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
