No.25507 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to grant relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P. No.25507 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25507 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
