Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to hold enquiry upon the petition filed by the Petitioner as against the order passed by the Second Respondent in his Na. Ka. NH45A/LA/A1/32/2014 dated 12.07.2018.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the enquiry on the Petition dated 14.10.2019 made by the Petitioner for enhancement of compensation in the arbitration proceedings has commenced on 26.02.2020 before the First Respondent and the same has been adjourned, and that notice of next hearing would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioners for the same. 2.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The First Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioners under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.08.2020. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
