This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the judgement in Crl.A.No.431 of 2023 on 12.04.2024 on the file of the XXII Additional Judgement City Civil Court Allikulam at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 177 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
