This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.04.2016 and further direct the respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 02.04.2016 to the Inspector of Police, D-4, Kuniyamuthur Police Station (L & O), Coimbatore District, which was enquired into and closed on 30.05.2016.

Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
