ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.07.2025 with direction to pay a sum of acquire interest a total sum of Rs.3,32,248/- "

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.20338 of 2018 in favour of the petitioner and despite submitting a representation dated 15.07.2025, the respondents have not cleared the full amount due and payable to the petitioner for utilising their services, to date.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the limited request of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that part payment of the due amount has already been made to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to fix a date for enquiry and intimate the same to the petitioner. On the date of enquiry, the petitioner shall submit

copies of all the documents that he has already submitted to the respondents. The 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date on which the petitioner submits the documents.
