apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 1.24 p.m. Today.

It is borne out from the record that the impugned order in this Writ Petition is a show cause notice for issuing warrant of arrest to the Petitioner for recovery for a sum of Rs. 4,82,774/- towards contribution of provident fund dues under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents has brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has remitted entire amount due and a memo dated 19.08.2021 has been filed to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
