ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 05.12.2015 and to investigate the crime and to file a final report before the competent court of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending before the respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered,

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
