ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.695 of 2021 and file final report on the file of the Veppur Police Station, Cuddallore District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the case in Crime No.695 of 2021 has been investigated and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents police are ready with the negative report. The respondents police attempted to serve the final report on the petitioner, whereas, the petitioner has refused to receive the same and has approached this Court by filing the present criminal original petition.

3.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent to file a final report before the Special Court dealing with SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) cases, Cuddallore. The learned Judge shall take steps to serve Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice on the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Special Court dealing with SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) cases, Cuddallore. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
