This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in M.C. No.59 of 2019 on the file of the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Though the respondents filed a detailed counter, they did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course.
