The proposed party has filed the above petition to implead himself as the 2nd respondent in the above Writ Petition.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has stated that he is a proper and necessary party for the proper adjudication of the Writ Petition. Further, he has stated that he has got an interest in the subject matter of the Writ Petition.
3.The 1st respondent - Writ Petitioner filed their counter making allegations against the proposed party.
4.The proposed respondent filed his rejoinder denying the allegations made against him in the counter filed by the Writ Petitioner. 5.Mr.T.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondent submitted that the proposed respondent is a proper and necessary party for proper adjudication of the matter.
6.Hence, I am convinced that the proposed party should be impleaded as the 2nd respondent in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the proposed party is impleaded as the 2nd respondent in the Writ Petition.
7.The petition is ordered.
8.The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the papers.
