The instant writ petitioner has approached this Court by filing writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent vide Ka.No.21454/E2/2009 dated 28.10.2009 and direct the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider regularization of petitioner's service from 10.11.1980 and pass consequential order of giving all terminal and statutory benefits to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has got instructions not to press the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
