This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner in the event of arrest in Crime No.510 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that as of now the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.510 of 2023.

3.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition if need arises.
