This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint dated 23.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint dated 23.12.2018 given by the petitioner to give police protection, the same was assigned in CSR No1423/SR/2018 by the second respondent.

4.It appears that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and one Alamelu.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent Police to enquire the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.12.2018 and to proceed further in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
