31.01.2009 and the consequential order of 1 st respondent comprised in G.O.Ms.No.113, Public ( Law and Order-E) Department dated 28.01.2011 followed by order of 5 th respondent dated 29.09.2011, bearing R.O.No.282/2011 and 283/2011, C.No.B2/7270/2011 respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service by paying all attendant benefits with interest at the rate of 12% p.a, from 30.09.2011.

Prayer in W.P.No.20431 of 2015: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4 th respondent comprised in order dated 24.07.2011 in D.No.634 of 2011 in C.No.G1/22434 /2011 and consequential order of 6 th respondent dated 29.08.2011 in Na.Ka.No.K3/20780/505/2022, and to quash the same and consequently direct respondents to refund the amount of Rs.50,000/- recovered from the petitioner with interest @ 12% per annum from 29.08.2011.
