The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.16 of 2024 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the respondent had conducted a raid at Ayurvedic Foot Recharge Centre, Mylapore and six victim women had been rescued. The petitioner is the Manager of the place. It is also stated that A3 had been arrested and granted bail. A1 is the owner of the place is still absconding.

smv 4.Taking into consideration that, in the heart of the city, there is allegation of running of prostitution, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
