This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14177 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police for a period of one more month i.e., on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
