This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to protect the constitutional right of the petitioners as enshrined under Article 300A of Constitution of India, by providing adequate, effective police protection in respect of his life and property comprised in S.No.113/4, bearing old Patta No.6282, as per Patta Survey No.113/4A2A situated at No.97, Madipakkam, Madura Puzhithivakkam Village, formerly Tambaram Taluk, presently Sholinganallur Taluk, admeasuring to an extent of 9600 sq.ft.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous.
