The petitioner herein has stabbed the defacto complainant and one Kumaran, when they along with the family members went to the petitioner's house to question about his illegal affair with the defacto complainant's wife. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant and others forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner and tried to attack the petitioner and his wife and therefore, the petitioner took vegetable knife and stabbed the deceased Kumaran and the defacto complainant. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the incident took place on 14.01.2022 is followed by the earlier incident on 13.01.2022, when the petitioner's wife went to the defacto complainant's house and took quarrel with the defacto complainant's wife. 4.Considering the subsequence of events and the forcible attack by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
