This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant dated 28.02.2017. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, submitted that only the petitioner's son is required for investigation, but at the same time, the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.
