This application is filed to extend the time for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Tribunal by six months time.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the pending writ petition has been disposed of and further, he seeks for the extension of Mandate of the Arbitrator.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent had also appeared and submitted that he is only a formal party and the contesting respondents will be represented by their respective counsel.

4. On considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court feels that the interest of the respondent will not be affected, if the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended. 5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
