ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 23.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 23.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 267 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
