This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in 1/4

Crime No.331 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. However, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in this case is almost completed and final report will be filed within a period of one month. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
