ORDER

1. This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 307 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Palladam.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defacto complainant submitted that the defacto complainant has withdrawn the complaint on 12.11.2020.

Taking into consideration the subsequent development that has been taken place and also recording the submission of the learned counsel for the defacto complainant, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and accordngly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
