This Petition has been filed to amend the name of the second respondent's husband .

2. According to the petitioner, the name of the second respondent's husband is Subramani. But in the Crl.O.P.No.2642 of 2020 and also in Crl.M.P.No.1588 of 2020, his name has been wrongly mentioned as Shanmugam and hence the said name has to be corrected as Subramaniyam. Since the said mistake is a typographical error, this petition is allowed.

2. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the Crl.O.P.No.2642 of 2020 and also in Crl.M.P.No.1588 of 2020. 17.02.2020 (1/2) mfa 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
