When this writ petition was listed on 26.09.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present during the first call as well as in the second call. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner in the first call as well as in the second call. On 18.09.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 23.09.2019 and on 23.09.2019, the matter was adjourned to 25.09.2019.

2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested to press this case. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
