This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1117 of 2023 on 31.01.2023 to report before the respondent Police station daily on 10:30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m.,, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., without fail.
