This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.425 of 2017 , which is pending on the file fo the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learneld Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation completed and charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi and the same has been taken on file as STC No.46 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to challenge the STC NO.46 of 2021.
