CRIME NO.1216 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court on 05.01.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.20334 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 05.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.20334 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Coimbatore and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the said conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
