..Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for records on the file of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. A4/2517/2005 dated 31.08.2005 and quash the same and forbearing the first respondent from deducting Rs. 34,379/-, out of the fund released by State Finance Commission grant to Panchayat Board Kilarasampattu and grant other reliefs as deems fit and proper under the circumstances of this case.
