ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2020 in CSR.No.55 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.01.2020 in CSR.No.55 of 2019 issued on 04.02.2020, thereafter, the preliminary enquiry was conducted and the First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.88 of 2020 under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and hence, this Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
