When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.09.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the same was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 25.9.2019. On 25.9.2019, the matter was not called out. When the matter listed today i.e. on 26.9.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in first call or second call.
