ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 112,125,126(1), 129, 130 and 281 of BNS, in Crime No.not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with his friends parked their vehicle near Muttukadu boat house. While so another car came in a rash manner and when the petitioners shouted at them, chaos arose creating ruckus. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent; that they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are college students and are ready to abide by any condition putforth by this Court and hence, prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police re-iterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that FIR has been registered and hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the submissions made on either side, it is clear that FIR has been registered and hence, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail mentioning the crime number.
