(This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.143 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1378 of 2020, dated 01.02.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.143 of in Crl.M.P.No.1378 of 2020, dated 01.02.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
