The applicant states, that apart from the Earnest Money Deposit, a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- was paid on 09.02.2022. Upon considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the Official Liquidator and learned counsel for the Administrator, the applicant is granted an extension of time until 29.04.2022 for paying the balance sale consideration. Such extension is on condition that amounts remitted till date shall stand forfeited if the balance sale consideration is not paid on or before 29.04.2022. A.No.118 of 2022 is disposed of on the above terms.
