This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in para 4 of the order dated 26.09.2016, it has been stated that the property is directed to be furnished as security instead of attachment. Admittedly, the property has already been mortgaged.

3.In such view of the matter, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by substituting the words "furnished as the security" with the word "attached".
