For Petitioner : M/S.D.SENTHIL Advocate For Respondent : MR. R.SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.2 of 2017.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 3 of Women Harassment Act.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This case relates to matrimonial dispute. Petitioners 1 to 3 are the husband, father-in-law and sister-in-law of the defacto complainant. There is allegation of dowry demand.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case , I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
