It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Advocate Commissioner executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the custody of the applicant.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo to that effect and has sought for additional remuneration for the work that was executed by him.

3. Recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized, this Application is closed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Advocate Commissioner shall be paid an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), apart from the remuneration of Rs.20,000/- already fixed by this Court. The additional remuneration shall be paid within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

4. The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law.
