On 17.03.2023, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S No. 8619 of 2021, within a period of eight weeks. Now, the Trial Judge, through his letter dated 02.08.2023, seeks two months time to dispose the case. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant further six weeks time to dispose the case.
