ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.453 of 2015, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -I, Namakkal.

2. Earlier, when the matter was listed on 28.04.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to issue notice to the 2nd respondent. However, no steps have been taken and proof has not been filed till date. Thereafter, the matter was listed on two occasions namely 23.04.2021 and 14.06.2021 and as there was no representation for the petitioner on both occasions, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
